Our approach
White Chicks Car Scene AI generates new videos from users’ photos. We do not host the film White Chicks, its footage or its soundtrack, and our videos do not contain the original song. If you believe content on whitechickscarscene.com infringes your copyright, tell us and we will act quickly.
How to send a notice
Email yaohongan2021@gmail.com with the subject “DMCA notice” and include: (1) your name, address, phone number and email; (2) the copyrighted work you believe is infringed; (3) the URL or video ID of the material on our site; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; (6) your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
We review notices within 48 hours, remove or disable the material when the notice is valid, and tell the user who created it. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.
Counter-notice
If your video was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email yaohongan2021@gmail.com with the subject “DMCA counter-notice”, identify the removed material, and include a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, your name, address and phone number, consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court, and your signature.
Other reports
To report a video that shows you without consent, involves a minor or is otherwise harmful, use our report page. Those reports are handled the same way and on the same timeline.
